When traveling to large cities like London, Paris or Rome, one of the questions you ask yourself is if you’ll need to rent a car while you’re there. The quick answer is that you don’t need to rent a car, but that’s not always the case.

In the many areas of the US, mass transit is not a viable means of getting around. While cities such as New York and Washington DC are the exception, many places like Orlando don’t have a viable means of transport without a rental car. If you visit Orlando and would like to go to Walt Disney World, Universal and Sea World, you’re either renting a car or taking a taxi. There just isn’t any reliable means of transport beyond that.
