So, I think I have the drop down menu problem for IE fixed. I’m also thinking the Facebook Connect is an issue with security on my version of IE. Maybe. Grr, I so do not like IE sometimes. So, I’d like to hear if anyone else is having an issue with it or not (or at least seeing the icon, etc). Thanks.

I learned about your site recently and while I like the stories that come out of it, I wanted to ask if it’s really a good idea to twitt as much as you currently do.

I follow you on Twitter and I’ve seen a story almost every 10 minutes if not more often.

Any reason for such volume?

Thanks Jessie, where ya been? I’ve updated the quick submit option as well to make it even easier to submit! If your blog already creates Description and Tag Meta tags, the quick submit feature will automatically pull them in.

Having a podcast in AAC only will limit your audience, I would recommend providing mp3 also.

Todd, thanks for the comments. It took a bit of hacking to get the look to integrate into the site and it’s still a work in progress (have to figure out how to get it to show up on the home page as well). I’m sure there will be other, easier plug-ins available at some point. But for now, I’ll continue hacking this one.

I really like your integration of Facebook connect. Some really nice features, one click signup. publishing comments to facebook. Wow. Anxious to get this up on my blog in the new year. Still hoping for an easier to work with plug-in for wordpress. Congratulations. I hope you see Facebook Connect as a successful tool for spreading the world.

Thanks for the comments. Yep, I saw that the extra blank space at the end when I was doing the latest episode. I do need to get in there and replace the file with a corrected one. I’m still toying with what I’m going to do with the screenshots. Some of them are grabbing the main image from the sites, which some sites may not like.

Oy for my pronunciation. That is something I definitely need to improve on. Especially when I get into talking about French towns, roads, etc. I know I’m slaughtering those names.

Good show, but a couple of comments:

You had about 4 minutes of silence at the end of the episode
As you drop images in for the enhanced version you should probably resize the image (in GarageBand I assume) so because they are clipping since Garageband makes these into a square image
You pronounced Greenwich as in GMT “green witch” but the most common and British pronunciation is “gren itch”.
