Back when I was in college in Boston, I always loved when the city's gray days began to melt away with the arrival of spring. So I was thrilled to see our latest Free City Guide focuses on Boston, as I definitely think it's one of the best places in the U.S. to explore on the cheap (as a college student, I didn't have choice). Cruises are the ultimate exercise in worry-free travel… that is, until you stop at a port of call and find yourself in need of plans for an entire day in a city you have no idea what to do in.  What are the options?
