Afternoon Tea in LA

The rumor is true: LA is a very casual city. So it’s pretty surprising to find a whole plethora of places to take afternoon tea, usually set amid verdant gardens and floral upholstery. That’s not so casual. Of course, for those who’d like to enjoy some delicious scones without all the fluff, there are Asian- and rich-hippie-influenced options as well.
