A decade after the peace process took effect, Belfast is busy reinventing itself and has become an intriguing destination for a city break, whether for seeing the sights or shopping. Flying into the city’s airport from other countries in the UK adds to the feeling of a foreign trip, although when you get there prices are still in sterling rather than the buoyant euro.
